2011 is the second year for a mountain bike race in Brockover Mesa / Turkey Springs area of the San Juan National Forest near Pagosa Springs, Colorado: "Six Hours of Brockover" (aka "The Best of Brockover") This six-hour race will be held on August 6, 2011 at 8AM. It begins at the end of the graveled portion of Newt Jack Road (Forest Road 923). The Brockover Mesa / Turkey Springs area has over 70 miles of the most fun single track in the four-corners region. Race organizers have (arguably) picked the best 12.5 mile loop for this
race. With over 100 miles of different loop variations posted on this WEB site, there will likely be a different route chosen every year ... so you'll want to be there every year. Act quickly. Space is limited!
